About The Company
The company was originally incorporated in 1998. It was founded by John Evans, who is still the principal consultant. We offer a wide range of services covering most aspects of software development from design to implementation to testing to deployment and maintenance. We have serviced a number of happy customers. We are a member of the Independent Computer Consultants Association and we adhere to the ICCA Code of Ethics and Standards and Practices. For development projects we use our own customized version of Extreme Programming to consistently deliver reliable, correct software on time and within budget.
Our Vision
Our primary reason for existence, as a company, is to help organizations and individuals solve their technological problems, through the elegant and efficient application of software engineering techniques.
Our secondary reason for existence is to advance the state of the art of software development by evolving processes and tools to better enable software developers, internally and externally, to deliver high quality results.
Our Values
We believe that software development is both an art form and a science, and that as such, the result of such development -- that is to say, the software itself -- can be evaluated both as a product of science (in terms of characteristics like accuracy, efficiency, etc) and as a work of art (in terms of elegance, simplicity, etc).
Further, it is our belief that most software developed in this day and age falls drastically short in both categories, and it is because of these shortcomings that many modern software projects either end in disaster, or fight a painful struggle just to reach a contented mediocrity.
It is our goal to always do everything within our power to deliver the best software, as judged as a product of science or as a work of art, which can be delivered with the resources available. We feel that by adhering to this goal, we can consistently deliver software that is of a higher than average quality and ultimately more useful to our customers.
We put the customer's problems and their solutions first, and as long as we do, we are sure that the moolah will follow.
